I went to our local grocery store yesterday after school. One of my students checked me out and she gave me the 5% Senior Citizens' Discount. I protested, I may be close but I don't qualify as yet and I told her so. She insisted that they give the discount on Tuesdays to anyone who looks over 30 . Still, I was miffed. I stewed over this all night and came up with the answer. So...

I feel your pain. The other day I went to buy Beer for Rich at the gas station, so I went to get my i.d. out and realized I left it out in the car. I told the clerk I'd be right back and he said "Oh I think it's okay" and laughed! (whimper) Ah well, at least I can say I'm wiser ;)

TOO FUNNY! My hubby and I went to a Home and garden show...the lady taking tickets had to be in her mid 90's...she looked at my husband and said "senior ticket?" My hubby is 50 and he was SO OFFENDED...he whined about it for weeks...and I'm still mocking him about it!
