Happy Birthday to tif and the Doc's house in Upstate New York! Built in 1910, just one more year and she will be 100 years old! A Four Square Craftsman with stone veneer, she must have many stories to tell of the families that lived in 'er during the past century.
She looks pretty in snow!
Entrance to a Frederick Olmstead Park and
the New York State Zoo across the street!
(no really, this is where they park in front of the house.)
View of the park from N's bedroom:
A house becomes a home:
It's only about 10 miles to Lake Ontario.
Oh look: a pink flamingo!!!

I would not mind living in this house. I had to do a double take on the kitchen picture and then click on to enlarge. There is a dog on the counter!! Is there a story behind that?? LOL! My granddaughter's name is Shaylee. My son sometimes refers to her as "Shay". So when I see your signature, I think of my granddaughter! Happy New Year!
What a gorgeous home!
Happy New Year!

P.S. I sometimes think I really only go to IKEA FOR the Swedish meatballs and I always bring home som Lingonberries!
I love this home. It has a lot of character. Newer home just don't have that anymore! The cabinets look great. Especially with that little furry puppy!!
